THE TRILOGY, in case you haven’t heard already are 232 ‘built to rent’ apartments situated just in the out skirts of the city centre, seconds from the busy and convenient Cornbrook tram stop.
The three buildings known as Trilogy North, Trilogy West and Trilogy East consist of one, two and three-bedroom apartments which are ready to move into, are pet friendly and are situated on Ellesmere Street.
This weekend I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to stay over and city centre apartment living a trial run. And seriously I am kind of sold!
Here’s three reasons why…
From the minute you walk in you feel like you are part of the community. From the friendly greeting received from reception, to the management team who let you know that whatever you need; no issue is too big or to small.
The communal space is absolute goals (I was won over completely by the idea that I could have a pink post box!) And there was free coffee in the communal space which meant that lots of the residents hung around here to do their work here, creating this great communal work space vibe.
Residents came in all shapes and sizes…and by that I mean they were young professionals, families and some of the older generation too. Many of who got together Friday night to attend the monthly social hosted by the management team in the residents lounge (the next one is October will be a cocktail masterclass – yes please!)
There is also a gym and a great outdoor terrace.
2. Home Inspo
The decor in this place is #goals – its feels more like you have come home to a high end boutique hotel than the foyer to your rented flat. They have thought about every last detail, from the on trend marble-esq coasters to the light fittings and soft furnishings everything has been carefully thought out.
The vibe continues in the The corridors and into the rooms. Which are available on both a furnished and unfurnished basis to cater for all needs.
I stayed in a two bedroom apartment which consisted of open plan living space with living area, dining and kitchen. Both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, one which could also be entered from the living space as well as the bedroom which is great for when you have guest.
The rooms had great natural light and from our space we had great views across the city and over Salford’s skyline.
Ellesmere street runs parallel with Chester Road, which is just off the Mancunian Way, here you are within easy reach of Old Trafford, Salford Quays and the city centre.
During my stay I headed back and forth into town, making the most of what city centre living in Manchester had to offer. 7 tram journeys later – I seriously had a blast!
The apartment was about a 60 second walk to Cornbrook tram stop, which is around a 3 minute tram ride into town. You can also catch a tram from here to Manchester Airport, MediaCityUK, and both of Manchester’s train stations. Which makes it really easy to get out and about in town.
BOUNDLESS BALEARIC BRUNCH – THREE REFRESHING DRINKS WHILST AND A GLORIOUS BRUNCH SURROUNDED BY FRIENDS AND CHILLED MUSIC.
I also took full advantage of how easy it was to do some shopping and went to Selfridges, Manchester for a little spree. For food i ordered in using the Deliveroo app, and being so close to the city centre meant the options were next level! I would never have thought when craving burger and fries, I could actually order from one of my favourite restaurants, but with this postcode I could, and 30 minutes later, I was chilling with a big Manc from Norther Quarters trendy Solita’s.
The location offers great perks meaning you can enjoy all what Manchester City Centre has to offer.
