WHO: Six by Nico
WHAT: A series of carefully curated and constantly evolving restaurant concepts. Each six weeks, Nico and his team will serve a brand new six-course tasting menu – each one themed upon a different place or memory.
We tasted the Chip shop inspired menu – opting for the vegetarian dishes.

Crushed Parsnip & Artichoke / Burnt Onion / Glazed Puff Pastry / Pickled Mustard
Homemade Brown Sauce / Fennel / Salt & Vinegar Scraps (*** fave dish, Pressmum)
Sweet Potato & Feta / Salt Baked Celeriac / Caramelised Apple (***least fave, pressmum)
Deep fried mars bar

WHERE: We headed to Liverpool, but there is one in Manchester too!
